We understand that life can get busy, and sometimes plans change. To ensure we can continue providing the best care to all our furry friends, we have the following cancellation policy starting JANUARY 1ST:
- Cancel or Reschedule 24 hours in Advance: To avoid a cancellation fee, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- Late Cancellations & No-shows: Appointments cancelled or missed within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $50 fee to help us cover the cost of the appointment slot.
